About Two+One

Two+One manages various properties across North America, through our office in Markham, Ontario. We pride ourselves on having open communication with land lords and tenants, to ensure the communities we build continue to thrive. Although we manage many industrial and commercial properties, we also provide condominium and residential property management services.

Where We Were

In 2015, Two+One opened with the purpose of providing a more transparent relationship with both landlords and tenants. Starting as a small operation, we were able to grow our portfolio to manage properties in both Canada and the United States.

Where We Are

Two+One has doubled in size since inception, allowing us to expand our portfolio to more provinces and states in America and Canada respectively. Our dedication to tenant and landlord communication continues to be paramount to how we conduct business and is considered with every decision we make.

Where We Are Going

Our purpose has always been to assist landlords, whether they prefer a hands on approach with their property or prefer our team to handle maintenance and administration. Our goal is to provide our tailored services to a wide variety of industries and communities. Through our hands on team and commitment to detail, we are excited to bring more communities under our care.

Kendra Doherty

Property Manager

Before starting with Two+One Property Management, Kendra spent four years working for a large retail company in Ontario, giving her the unique perspective of both the landlord and tenant. Kendra is also a licensed paralegal, granting her the ability to understand the nuances of contracts and help manage them.

Andres Costano

Maintenance Superintendant

Traveling to most of our Ontario properties, Adonis is Two + One’s on site superintendent. He can help with any issues or projects on site and has a direct line of communication with the office to ensure both landlords and tenants spaces are functioning properly.

Reza Yazdy

Property Accountant

Starting in real estate accounting nearly 15 years ago, Robert also has several years experience conducting external audits as well as general accounting for large commercial retail companies. With a BA in accounting and currently enrolled in a CA program, Robert can take care of all tenant and landlord financial needs.

Kailei Dodds

Property Administrator

With five years experience in residential property management, Kailei understands how important tenant services are.  Coming from a background of communications and marketing allows Kailei to build a relationship with tenants and landlords while understanding the importance of transparency.
